Plates supplied from this company Flexi Plates Uk Ltd are sold to you the purchaser as Show Registration Plates which are made and supplied for "off road" use only, car shows exhibitions, private land etc, where the law does not apply. Non reflective backings are used & are not road legal.

Due to the restrictions of trade given by the ' DVLA ' all registration plates, legal or not will be sold to the Purchaser on the basis of being for show use only and not road legal for use on Uk roads and the Purchaser may risk prosecution it the registration plates are used on UK highways.

The purchaser understands that no warranty is offered on any item bought on the website due to the nature of use (see returns policy for more details).

Plates will be made as per the spacing requirements given by the purchaser. The Company Flexi Plates Uk Ltd takes no responsibility in any way if the purchaser does not enter the spacing as required when ordering.

The responsibility lies with the purchaser to ensure all details given to the company Flexi Plates Uk Ltd via the Internet are correct. We hold no responsibility if the details are entered incorrectly. If an item marked legal on the Website is selected, it does not guarantee that the plates are legal. I.e. if the spacing is incorrect, but the item has the legal font. The company Flexi Plates Uk Ltd will not be held responsible for any fines or convictions incurred.

If the Company Flexi Plates Uk Ltd is unable, or unwilling to fulfil an order for any reason, then a full refund will be given. The liability on the companies half will be to the order value alone.

There is to be no 14 day Cooling Off period for personlised goods sold as orders are unique/personlised to your requirements and work is carried out right away. Refunds/returns are not given/accepted if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong size or don't like it. This is in accordance with the UK distance selling regulations. Transactions cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be given. Any liability that the Company Flexi Plates Uk Ltd has will be to the order value alone, minus any costs already accrued.
