We post items out usually within 2 working day Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm & are closed weekends & bank holidays. Delivery times are estimated and may vary, especially during peak periods.

*UK Royal Mail 1st Class : Aims to deliver within 1 day after dispatch

*UK Royal Mail Recorded Signed For : Aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. This service requires a signature on arrival.

**UK Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery 1pm: This service arrives the next working day before 1pm after dispatch. It is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival. Only available if ordered before 9am Monday to Thursday to mainland UK only. Please select Saturday delivery if ordering after 9am on a Friday.

UK Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery 1pm: This service arrives before 1pm on a Saturday. It is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival. Only available if ordered before 9am on Friday.
 
Europe Royal Mail Tracked & Signed : This service aims to arrive 3-5 working days after the day of dispatch. It is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival.

Worldwide Royal Mail Tracked & Signed : This service aims to arrive 5-7 working days after the day of dispatch. It is a tracked service and requires a signature on arrival.

*1st class post is not guaranteed to be delivered the next day.

**Next day special delivery is only available if ordered before 9am Monday - Thursday. If ordering after 9am Thursday, delivery will be Monday unless you choose Saturday delivery.
 
Order not received - Please allow delivery time of 7 working days before contacting us regarding a missing item.
 
This is what we see as sufficient enough time for the item to arrive. If your item has not arrived after this time we can then look into it for you.
 
We understand how frustrating it is when an item does not arrive with in the stated times given, however once we have posted the item delivery times are out of our control, we only go on the advice given to us by royal mail.

Returns Policy (Summary)

Returns Not accepted

We do NOT accept returns on any personalised goods, this includes any show plate bought from us. This is in accordance with the UK distance selling regulations.
No 14 day cooling off period is included for Number plate purchases, these are classed as personalised items & cannot be re-sold. Refunds/returns are not given/accepted if you change your mind, buy wrong size or don't like it.

Returns accepted
Items that are not personalised will be accepted if the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, providing it is unused & in re-saleable condition a refund/exchange will be given. You must contact us prior to returning your item. Any items to return must include your order number, name, address, phone number & the reason for return. Any returns we receive without all this information will not be accepted. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

 
Returns Policy
You have the right to return ordered goods within 14 days after purchase (Provided the item is not personalised - see returns not accepted above)

If you return the goods within the 14-day term, this will be considered as admissible revocation of the purchase contract.

Goods manufactured to your specifications and clearly tailored for individual needs are excluded from the right of return.
 
To meet the 14-day term it is sufficient to return the goods in time to: Flexi Plates Uk, Clayhouse Lane, Halifax, HX4 8AW
 
We do not re-imburse carriage costs for goods being returned to us unless prior arrangement is made.
 
Your statutory rights are not affected. The purchaser is responsible to be aware of Terms and Conditions before ordering from the Company for they form a contract between both parties. Placing an order through the website, you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions and a legal binding contract is in force between the Company and Purchaser.

If the Company is unable, or unwilling to fulfill an order for any reason, then a full refund will be given. The liability on the Companies half will be to the order value alone.

The responsibility lies with the purchaser to ensure all details given to the Company via the internet are correct. We hold no responsibility if the details are entered incorrectly. If an item marked legal on the Website is selected, it does not guarantee that the plates are legal. I.e. if the spacing is incorrect, but the items are the legal fonts etc used on a legal road plate. We will not change the spacing on any order.

There is to be no Cooling Off period as orders are unique and work is carried out right away. Transactions cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be given. Any liability that the Company has will be to the order value alone, minus any costs already accrued. Claims for damages, interest or any other costs incurred, the Company will not be responsible for. 

Plates will be made as per the spacing requirements given by the purchaser. The Company takes no responsibility in any way if the purchaser does not enter the spacing as required when ordering.
