Why are Flexiplates better?

We use a special 1mm polycarbonate plastic known for its strength & durability.

The vinyl text is cut & applied to the plastic then sealed in with a high quality outdoor grade non-reflective vinyl backing to ensure the letters do not rub or peel off.

Our Flexiplates are not printed directly onto plastic like others available that will wash off after a few uses.

Lightweight with the option to fit where a standard plate cant fit and fully customisable with size and colour options.


How do I send my registration details?

Please add your reg/personalisation in the text box provided on the product page, before adding to your basket.

If you need to send any additional information, please add this at the last step of checkout in the "order instructions" text box.


Are Flexiplates road legal?

No these are NOT legal to use on the road.

All plates are intended for show and off-road use only.


Are Flexiplates reflective?

No. The vinyl backing used is 7 year non reflective outdoor grade vinyl.

Can I have a slogan?

Sorry we don't add slogans to the plates, this is because we cut vinyl text not print.

The slogan text is too small to cut, and compromises durability. We can however add borders for free!


Do Flexiplates come with warranty?


Although our flexible number plates are very durable they are not indestructible, therefore NO warranty is given due to the nature of the sport.

If the plate is correctly mounted, it should last a lot longer than Perspex plate.

However, if you do notice a problem with your number plate within 30 days of purchase please get in touch with us with photo evidence of the damaged item.

Damaged plates will be replaced at our discretion (this is decided by us & on a case by case basis)

How long until my item is dispatched?

We know you want your item fast, so we aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 9am Monday-Friday.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays, as we are closed.


How long does postage take?

Please see the Shipping page which shows estimated delivery times.

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods such as Christmas & after bank holidays.

Once we have posted the item it is in the hands of royal mail & out of our control.

 

Where is my item?

Once we have posted your item you will receive a dispatch email. This means your order is on its way.

Please allow the estimated delivery times shown on the shipping page before contacting us about a missing item.

 

 I’m not happy with my item?

The greatest of care is taken when making your Flexiplate, in the event that you are not satisfied with your item we can always help where ever possible.

The first thing we would encourage is that you contact us to inform us that there is a problem, that way we can try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

If an error has been made by us (mistakes happen, we are only human), we will replace or refund when photographic evidence is provided (if requested by us). We will then advise on how to proceed.
